1. This website
The website is designed with semantic HTML, visible keyboard focus, a skip link, labelled controls, responsive layouts, scalable text, sufficient colour contrast, reduced-motion support, descriptive page titles, and navigation that can be used without a mouse.
You should be able to zoom, use browser text resizing, switch between light and dark presentation, and read the legal pages in a simple single-column layout. The theme choice is not stored.
2. Study Break Planner
The Android app is designed with clear labels, system-aware theme choices, large touch targets, structured headings, and content descriptions for meaningful controls. Timer information is exposed with descriptive text rather than relying only on visual styling.
Some product information is also communicated through words and position so that colour is not the only way to distinguish focus, short break, and long break blocks.
3. Known limitations
Accessibility varies across devices, Android versions, browsers, and assistive technologies. We do not claim that every combination is free of barriers. Third-party pages linked from this site are outside our control.
If a document, control, animation, colour combination, timer state, or navigation path is difficult to use, please tell us what you were trying to do and what device or assistive technology you were using.
4. Our target
For the public website, we aim to follow the relevant principles of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. We review accessibility as the website and app change.
5. Feedback and alternative formats
Email say@exammark.space or telephone +44 7871 297956. Tell us the page or feature, the problem, and the format or adjustment that would help. We will make reasonable efforts to respond and provide information in an accessible alternative where possible.
