Study Break Planner · Data deletion

Your data, your control.

Study Break Planner stores records only on your device. There is no account or server-side profile to request that we delete.

EXAMMARK LTD cannot see or remotely erase your study records. They are stored in Android private app storage on your device.

1. Delete individual records

Use the delete controls inside Study Break Planner to remove an individual custom plan or a session from your history. This is useful when you want to keep everything else.

2. Reset progress

  1. Open Study Break Planner.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Find the Data section.
  4. Select Reset progress and confirm.

This clears session history and remembered subjects. Your saved plans and other settings remain.

3. Delete all app data

To remove all plans, history, subjects, goals, reflections, and settings, use either of these Android options:

  • Clear storage: open Android Settings, select Apps, choose Study Break Planner, open Storage, then choose Clear storage or Clear data. Wording varies by device.
  • Uninstall: uninstalling Study Break Planner removes the app and its remaining local data from that device.

These actions cannot be undone unless Android has copied the data through a direct device-to-device transfer that you control. Cloud backup is disabled.

4. Data sent when you contact us

If you separately emailed or telephoned EXAMMARK LTD, that correspondence is not part of the app's local database. You may ask about personal information held in our communications by emailing say@exammark.space.
